  • All coaching packages can be conducted in small groups of 4-6 individuals (via Zoom).  Group coaching can incorporate mastermind coaching techniques to provide results-oriented learning for you and your team.

     Group Coaching ranges from 3-12 months for 1-2x a month

    • Group Coaching is 60-90 min per session, depending on group size.

    • Coaching topics are customized to group members' goals and needs.

TARGETED EXECUTIVE COACHING

Targeted coaching is a time-efficient option for busy executives and managers to accelerate their learning and development.

Carl Shawn Watkins Consulting, LLC offers executive presence and leadership communication coaching in several packages, as well as through our Preferred Coaching Partners.

Our consultants tailor a specific schedule for you, based on your timing and location. Packages range from a single session to multiple days. Half-days to full days are available, plus phone or videoconferencing.

Silver Package Features:

  • Introductory meeting to set objectives, discuss schedule and process

  • Interviews with up to two (2) key stakeholders for information-gathering and insight

  • Suggested coaching plan and initial debrief

  • Eight (8) hours of coaching time, scheduled as two half-days if desired

  • Follow-up phone consult to discuss progress and reinforcement

Silver Package pricing starts at: $12,995*

Gold Package Features:

  • Introductory meeting to set objectives, discuss schedule and process

  • Interviews with up to three (3) stakeholders for information-gathering and insight

  • Sixteen (16) hours of coaching time, virtually or in half-to-full-day in-person increments

  • Follow-up phone consult to discuss progress and reinforcement

  • Written follow-up report on outcomes of the coaching
